Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our offerings, including access to personalized protocols, digital resources, educational content, and private support, all sales are final. Refunds are not available for any services, programs, functional lab interpretations, fitness sessions, or digital products.

1:1 Services & Lab Protocols

Once service is purchased and intake or lab link access has been initiated, no refunds will be issued. This applies to all functional testing packages, protocol reviews, intensives, and interpretation services.

Digital Guides & Download Resources

All digital products are considered delivered at the time of purchase. Access cannot be revoked; therefore, no refunds or credits will be granted.

Private Fitness Sessions

Private sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined at purchase. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling. Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited and non-refundable.

Future Membership Access

Memberships renew on a recurring basis. Payments are non-refundable once charged. You may cancel before the next billing cycle, but processed payments will not be reversed.

Payment Plans

By enrolling with a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full. Payment plan agreements are binding and cannot be canceled once initiated. Failure to complete payments does not release you from financial obligation.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By purchasing, you agree not to file chargebacks or payment disputes through your bank or payment provider. All concerns must be directed to hello@shesnutritious.com. Initiating a dispute for a service, protocol, or product that has already been delivered will be considered a breach of these terms.
